Chartering
Our team is always providing excellent chartering services for our clients, being owners', charterers’, traders, suppliers or receivers, including but are not limited to, identifying and negotiating the right employment opportunities for their vessels, including the conclusion and the execution thereof, of Charter Parties (TC, VC, COA, etc) relating to the successful employment and chartering of vessels for the specifics of each cargo.
Commercial
We cover all aspects of marine operations worldwide. Financial spreadsheets are always provided, including VC/TC estimates and accounts including the calculation of hires, freights, demurrage monies due to or from the charterers of each vessel. According to each specific voyage and trade, and after the details received from our clients, our team issues timely VC/TC instructions, appoints agents, arranging inspections, on/off hire surveys, bunkering, etc, always for and on behalf of our clients.
Legal/Claims
On the legal side of things, our team’s knowledge and experience combined with top law firms, produces stellar results for our customers. Anything from the initial steps of company incorporation, ship registration, classification and insurance solutions, up to cargo and Charter Party claims, are handled with utmost importance given to the smallest detail.
